Welcome to Bleat’s new ‘Client Portal’! We're excited to streamline our communication, making it easier for you to get the support you need. In this article, we'll walk you through creating a new account on our client portal. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Visit the client portal
Open your web browser: On your computer or mobile device, open your preferred web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Navigate to the client portal: On the browser's URL address bar, enter 'https://support.bleat.church/support/home' or even 'support.bleat.church' and click enter
Step 2: Access the sign-up page
Locate the sign-up option: Once on the client portal homepage, look for the “Sign Up” button. This is located in the upper right corner of the page.
Click the sign-up button: Click this button to be redirected to the registration page.
Step 3: Fill out the registration form
Enter your information: You’ll be asked to provide some basic information. This usually includes:
Full name: Enter your full name in this field.
Email address: Enter your work email address that will be used for account-related communications.
Check your email for the link to set a password: After filling out the form, and clicking the 'Register' button, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line - 'Client Portal: New User Account Activation'. Open the email and click on the link provided to be redirected to the page where you can set your password.
Note: Sometimes our emails can end up in the Spam or Junk folder, so please check there in case you don't find it in your inbox.
Set a new password: To secure your account, please create a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Enter the password twice to confirm it. Then, click the 'Activate and Log In' button to be redirected back to the Ticket portal.
Step 4: Log in to your new account
In most cases, you would be directly sent to the portal where you would already be logged in automatically. However, in case you are not, here is how you can log in to the portal -
Return to the client portal homepage: By typing 'Support.Bleat.Church' in your browser URL Address bar.
Navigate to the login button: You will find the 'Login' button on the upper right-hand side next to the Sign-up Button. Click on it.
Enter your login credentials: Fill in your email and password and click 'Login'. Be sure to tick the 'Remember me on this computer' box if you would like to avoid being signed out every time you close your browser.
Step 5: Complete your profile (If required)
Click your profile icon: In the upper right-hand corner, click on your profile icon (indicated by the initial of your first name) and click the 'My profile' button.
Update your personal information: In this section, you can modify or add details related to your profile to help us serve you better, such as your title, time zone, or portal language. You can also change your password here by clicking the 'Change Password' tab.
Save your changes: Ensure all information is correct and click the “Save” button to save the changes made to your profile.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created a new account on Bleat’s client portal. You’re now ready to submit and manage support tickets, view ticket statuses, and communicate with our support team.
